2024 Wrap Up

With the 2024 season coming to a close, it’s time to review the HMDC scorecard. We put a solid team of starters together, each bringing their individual skills to the game. Like their human counterparts, equine athletes develop at an individual rate and their strengths become apparent throughout the season. We feel confident that our professional trainers recognized the talents of each and put them in situations best suited to their emerging natural aptitudes.

So, for our second year under the nom-de-course of HMDC Partners, here are the results: 40 starts, 11 firsts, 10 seconds, 8 thirds. Percentages are 28% wins 73% on the board and a total of $360,410 for an average of $9,010 per start.

We’ve had a very successful season in the foaling stalls, giving us a total of 25 weanlings to watch develop. With input from a team of expert horsemen, we feel strongly that we have identified our better horses and the seven 2-year-olds training in S. C. will certainly give us a big shot this year We encourage you to take a look at our 2025 roster yourself. HMDC is quite optimistic about the team we have put together and are inviting a limited number of partners to join us for the 2025season of competition.
